Provision of Affordable Housing for Students
Boğaziçi University offers affordable and comfortable accommodation options to its students. Dormitories are located on different campuses to meet the accommodation needs of students, offering them a safe, comfortable and affordable accommodation environment.
1. Dormitory Facilities
Boğaziçi University dormitories are located in South, North, Kandilli, Anadolu Hisarı and Kilyos Sarıtepe campuses and consist of 7 buildings in total. The following facilities are offered to students in the dormitories:
- Laundry
- Place of Worship
- Study lounges
- Wired and wireless internet
- 24 hours hot water
- 24 hour shift counselling staff
The management and supervision of the dormitories are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Higher Education Private Accommodation Services Regulation and Boğaziçi University Student Dormitories Directive.

2. Fees and Scholarships
In addition to offering affordable dormitory facilities to students, the university provides dormitory scholarships to students who meet the criteria determined through the scholarship office. Thus, students with insufficient financial situation can also benefit from these opportunities. Dormitory fees are determined annually and are offered at reasonable prices.

Affordable Accommodation for Students
Boğaziçi University offers affordable and comfortable accommodation options to meet the accommodation needs of its students and to raise their living standards. Dormitories located on different campuses provide students with a safe, peaceful and affordable living environment.
Dormitory Facilities
Dormitories are located in South, North, Kandilli, Anadolu Hisarı and Kilyos Sarıtepe campuses and consist of 7 buildings in total. Dormitories have facilities such as laundry, prayer rooms, study halls, wired and wireless internet, 24-hour hot water. In addition, all dormitories have counselling staff working on a 24-hour shift system.
Our dormitories have 2 room layouts.
These are;
Room Type Dormitories: Hamlin Hall Dormitory, Theodorus Hall Dormitory and Anadolu Hisarı Dormitory are room type dormitories. In these dormitories, residence areas are organised as rooms. Dormitories have facilities such as wireless internet, 24-hour hot water, wooden furniture, bunk beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, bookcases and refrigerators. Bathrooms and toilets are located on the floors and are shared by students.

Apartment Type Dormitories: 3rd Kilyos Dormitory, 3rd North Dormitory, 4th North Dormitory and Kandilli Dormitory are apartment type dormitories. The residence areas of these dormitories are organised as apartments with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartments are equipped with wireless internet, 24-hour hot water, wooden furniture, bunk beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, bookcases and refrigerators. Fees and Scholarships
Dormitory fees are updated every year by keeping them at reasonable levels. The university provides dormitory scholarships through the scholarship office for students with insufficient economic status. These scholarships, which are offered to students who meet the specified criteria, contribute to equal opportunities for all students by covering the cost of accommodation. The dormitory scholarship is valid for students who have the right to stay in the dormitory and continue to meet the scholarship criteria as long as they do not interrupt their education, and is provided for 9 months (between September and May) during each academic year.
